Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.

Warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, damaged by water, chemicals, impacts or accidents. Manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Note, acceptable industry allowance on warpage is 1/8” on doors under 30” and up to 1/4” on doors over 30” high. North Point Doors does not offer warranty on doors higher than 50″ with a single panel for warpage.

All wood products required a proper climate control environment.

Warranty is limited to replacement of the door, unfinished. North Point Doors is not responsible for any cost incurred related to finishing or labour costs.

A 50% deposit is required on all orders and balance payable on delivery.
